After funding efforts out of our pockets for the past 3 years, we have decided to launch a business to provide steady residual income for The G&A! Partnering with business and commercial land owners to place nice modern outdoor seating in front of their business, then "renting" the backs of those benches to Non-Competing small businesses in their area for affordable advertisements.
This program benefits the foundation by providing simple reliable income with little overhead.
We offer 10% of collected "rent" to the location as a way to support the business that support us.
The program offers affordable exposure for small and growing business!!!
We are looking hard for new locations to place benches with a Program goal of 200 benches placed. If you have a location where a bench or 2 or 10 can be placed, please reach out!
Restaurants, garages, retail locations, doctors offices, shopping centers, no place to big or small!
Hosting a Location
The biggest need in this project is new locations to install our benches! We offer 10% of rent collected per year to the locations and carry general liability on all of our benches! Marketing Clients
Once a bench has been placed, we look to find local businesses that need affordable exposure in their market areas! The benches are rented by the year and clients have the opportunity to renew their lease of a bench each year!
